Yippee - one week off from training, and anything we want to eat!! Unfortunately, our systems were so messed up from racing, we didn't really feel like feasting until Wednesday after the race!
Some yummy food, that I try to eliminate or limit during training, that I enjoyed this week:
Pizza (thanks to David, my co-worker, who celebrated 20 years with the company = pizza party!)
Cheesecake (thanks to Cliff, my co-worker, who celebrated his 60th birthday = cheesecake party!)
