Dearest Cyndy

 RIP my dear friend Cyndy.  Your bright smile and amazing attitude has made my life so much better.  Friends since our SF days in the late 90’s; dancing at PollyEsters; many dinners; happy hours; birthday bashes;  traveling all over the states & Mexico…. Meeting you in your new home in Lisbon on your first day was so special.  Happy that Lisbon was you & Jon’s  new love even though we didn’t see you as much.  Until we meet again-keep the 80’s music kickin ❤️

A new car!

Traded our 2018 Kia for a new one.  Safety rating, price, warranty made us decide to buy the same again.  Better camera, bigger overall size., smoother ride made us happy with our decision

 

Swamp buggy races!

Went to Naples to watch my cousin race.  He’s been racing since 1982

Big crowd-races happen 2-3 times a year (until Naples runs them out)

Lots of wheels came off today

Some of the high powered jeeps stay on top of the water.  The lower powered ones just bog through

Steve came & sat with us between races 

He won both his races 

And the last one, a guy turned him sideways and kept pushing. (That guy was DQ’d), but my cousin still lost and was out of the $$
