Holliston triathlon

A race (short) was on our schedule, so we signed up for one in Holliston, MA.  I was hit with a terrible cold on the day before, so decided to spectate & not race.  The race was nice & low key.
Chris had a great day!  Great swim!

Good bike, and then onto the run!
He was speedy.
 Congratulations Chris - great race!!
It was a 1/2 mile swim, 15 mile bike, and 5 mile run (bike & run were hilly)

Visiting a local Speed Shop

Took our '34 Roadster for a 'Sunday' drive to Little Compton, RI.  Classic New England country town:   quaint town square, miles & miles of rolling country roads complete with cedar singled homes and artistic rock walls, and beautiful views of the ocean.  Chris' mom, Liz' husband Tony was lucky to grow up here.  And for hot rod enthusiasts, you have:

2 hours easily turns into 3 and 4.  I think we'll be heading back here again soon :)

34 Roadsters Debut

Took the 34 to a local cruise night.  It was well received, so Chris was happy.  A beautiful Friday night - so what better way to celebrate the weekend - a roadster ride!!

Sailboat Racing Time!

Every Wednesday night at the Bristol Yacht club (June-Aug) - we'll be sailing with our friend Howard.

Good times are here again :)

We'll be getting another sailboat, but this will do for now.  :)

Lake Placid Trip - yeah!!

Long weekend trip to one of our very favorite places:  Lake Placid, NY.  Home of the 1932 & 1980 Olympic Games & Ironman USA
Happy!
Camping!

Lots of bike riding!  Hours & hours.  Fortunately the weather was perfect - warm & sunny!

Toules finally got to come with us (we boarded him at a local vet on our long bike day)
He loves to camp - so much to sniff & chase!

And of course, we love the campfires (great for keeping the gigantic bugs away too!)

Dog friendly town, so Toules was able to join us for dinner too :)  Right near the Olympic Training Center.

Ahh, Mirror Lake - we've missed you!  (although Lake Mead & The Gulf of Mexico were much cleaner to swim in...)

Now we have to pick another weekend to return.  It's about 5.5 hour drive.  Wish it was closer.
