Saratoga Springs Camping Trip Day #1

It doesn't take long for Bolts to get comfy!  4-5 hour trip and he's out for the count!

Whispering Pines campground - it's definitely in the pines! 

The campground was pretty quiet.  Most of the RV's or campers were seasonal, and the tent camp sites were closed.

Lots of space between campsites, which was really nice.

Our first day, we stayed at the campground and just relaxed and got settled.

We tried to play the Trekking board game, but only lasted a few turns.  Too challenging ;)  after a long day.

This is looking at our neighbors from Big Blue - looking through the windshield covering.  It's great that you can't see in, but you can see out!

RV shop talk

Some friends of ours from the yacht club also have a motorhome, so we met at BYC and talked shop for the night.

Peggy was sweet and gave us a couple gifts for Big Blue.  Bean certainly liked the shells.

Sailing then cruising

A beautiful day for a sail!  There were a lot of sailboats out and about - it almost made us feel like we were racing again.

Then we decided to go for a hot rod cruise.  Which one to take?!

Then we headed back to the yacht club for a nutritious (ha ha) dinner.
