Mountain biking day

we headed to Alafia State Park to spend some time in a forest.  I'm not very good at mountain biking - but Chris is really good.  He was nice enough to stay on the easy trails for me

some of the trails were single track & narrow - even easy - those are challenging for me.  The park has a lot of these wooden bridges that are pretty fun to ride over

I really like the wide flat trails :)

you just had to share them with horses, which was fine with me

Chris did some jump practicing. 

It was a warm day, so happy that most of the trails were shaded.  We'll be heading back again soon!

Steph's brother & his kids joined us for part of the holiday season.  We stayed busy eating yummies

and we saw a lot of dolphins - we were lucky!

going out to dinner - (ugh, so full from the holidays)

We hope you have a wonderful safe & healthy 2022!   And we're glad the holiday season is winding down - too may Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon trucks going through the neighborhood - Bolts is tired of barking at all of them!  And we're tired of listening to him :)
