Baseball!

Lecom Park - Pirates & Orioles.  Beautiful day and a heck of a game!  Lots of hits and runs made it long, but interesting

we saw a retired Pirates manager, the 'most hated fan' of baseball (the guy that collects baseballs, and has thousands).   It was only about 40% full, so we sat in our seats for a while (but they were in the sun), so we moved around - we could have the pick of the park!

Run on the beach!

so good for my back - versus running on the streets   and the views can't be beat!

the beaches fill up quickly these days.   We arrive early to avoid most of the crush - but they start arriving early sometimes too

yummy coffee break after the run - not necessarily the healthiest though :)

we love O'Leary's - beautiful views and good beer :)

 

Red Barn fun

it's just a big flea market - but can be fun to walk around and see all the crazy cheap stuff

the veggies and fruits were pretty yummy & inexpensive - so worth a trip!

 

Lucky Leprecaun 5 k!

Our workout gang decided to run a 5 k!  We did a run/walk, so we could all stay together

Lots of costumes

we all had a great time

and then we destroyed our calorie burn with some yummy breakfast :)
