SVRA Atlanta - next 3 days

lots more of walking around the pitts

and watching Chris practice, then qualify, then race!

we had a rainy afternoon, so I rode my trainer

the rest of the weekend was nice - if a little chilly

some of the ex Nascar guys were in attendance

Chris was happy with his weekend - getting faster every time!

one morning - they had a car show, for the locals

Bolts stayed inside most of the weekend - not a lot of interesting places to walk for him

our friend Rene podiumed the final race.  There were 4 practices; 2 qualifying and 2 races for their class.   Multiple other classes had the same amount.  It was a busy weekend!

then we headed out and spent the night at another Harvest Host

SVRA Atlanta - first day

after a couple practice sessions - we went over to visit our friends

first to the Griffin garage

then to the Cobra garage

we then did a track walk with our friends Tim & Victor

Off to the races!

Headed to Atlanta - for SVRA Road Atlanta - Chris' car racing event.  We drove in 2 days - first night we stopped at a Harvest Host - Horse Creek Winery

next day we drove to the track

and got set up for the weekend!

Visiting with college girlfriends - Day #3

walk on the beach - started the day off  :)

and then a quick walk through the surrounding neighborhoods - hard to believe these are right next to the beach!

then shopping - at the Outlets

then Barefoot Landing

fun day!   We arrived back in Raleigh around 7 pm - and then we flew out the following day

Great times with good friends :)
