What a find!

Dumbbells have been very popular during Covid.  We've been lucky to get some from Chris' mom, and I found these adjustable dumbbells from Aldi, yes Aldi.  Who would have known!  So happy, since we will be much easier to carry these in Big Blue, and not have to have so many multiple ones.  

We're still exercising :)  Weights in the morning and bike, run or swim in the afternoon!
