Maine trip day #3

up early!   I had a 6 hour bike ride to complete - yikes! Thank goodness for bike trainers! Chris gave me & Bolts some fun goggle to wear.  Neither of us liked them for long :)

 

my view - pretty nice - lots of people walking by, and many hot rods cruising to the drag strip

the drags were just for fun - no trophy's were handed out, so everyone could just run their flatheads and have fun

everyone loved the roadster - people were always stopping by to check it out

I went for a drag strip ride later in the day

that evening, they had live music

we took a walk around the pits

then we took a drive around the countryside.  I had a long run the next morning, so we plotted a course :)
