Road Atlanta - final days

Sunday morning - more rain

it stopped mid morning, so some racing did happen

a major crash (not necessarily due to the rain, since the roads had mostly dried)  The track was closed for an hour - the driver was ok, they said

and then right before Chris race - more rain

Chris' rain tires were too old (even though they had never been used), so he sat out this race.  The others had newer tires, so they went out

and the guys did really well - 2nd & 3rd

then it was time to load them up

and we hit the road  - some back roads this time

we spent the night at a Harvest Host, rainy night

up early the next morning (with lots of Thunder & Lightening), but we did make it back to the Sunshine State!
