Bike training

Brrr, it's been chilly in Florida!   Cool wind and rainy, so killing some time on the bike trainer.  Also did some looking at some upcoming triathlons.  I was thinking maybe I'll do another Full Ironman - I hate to end my long career on a DNF, but I'm also not feeling too committed to the many hours of training.   Then I received this email from Ironman:   an invitation to the World Championship in Nice, France!  Very exciting - but I'm not feeling the need to compete in a world championship in another country.  Especially since I've been dealing with minor but chronic foot and elbow annoyances.   I have until Feb 15th to make my decision
