Visiting my college girlfriends!

From SRQ to RDU!   arrived pretty late in the evening, so we had a nice chat session.  Next morning we were up and ready for our nutrition shakes!

my friend Amy's son Chase is opening another Burrito Shak and a Hot Worx gym in Wilson, NC

so we stopped by to take a look around

Hot Worx - is pretty cool - lots of rooms with a few pieces of equipment; a video explaining the workout - and they rooms are all saunas!  So the workouts are short and sweet, and you sweat a lot!

for the night - we drove to Amy's house on Topsail Beach
