We did it again! Ironman Lake Placid

We headed back to beautiful Lake Placid, NY for our 3rd Ironman there!

 

 It's such a hard challenging course, but it's also so beautiful - it always calls us back.

 Me & Chris after :)  We finished!  That's always our number 1 goal,since the day is so long and you never know what may happen.  Chris & I both took it easy - did a lot of the bike & run together.  Fortunately, my legs did not cramp (yay!).  Unfortunately, Chris' stomach gave out at mile 17 and he had to walk it in :(
