Roar before the 24!

On a cold day - we went to Daytona to see the practices and qualifying for the 24 hours of Daytona.  This weekend is also called the Roar before the 24 :)

watching the activity from above the garages.  It's a great weekend to go because it is low key, and less crowded

there are always cars on the track, practicing.  It was surprising how many spin outs would happen

one of Chris' friend's has a race team (they came in 3rd place in the official 24 hours of Daytona)

 Fun day - I'm glad the sun was out - to help combat the chilly wind!!
