Hanging with my 'workout' girls

we attended a self defense lecture.  It was good, but we were hoping for a more interactive experience

then we headed to Pop's for a late lunch

the water - oh so beautiful!

it was nice sitting by the water - we saw a few dolphins chasing some fishing boats

 fun afternoon!  and no workout :)
