Getting our workouts in - in Hawaii

warm water (and lots of fish to see) made swimming so nice!  And seeing some triathlon word champions hanging around made it nice too

swimming in the apartment pool was nice too :)

the roads were a little busy for cycling, but we did get some time in - early morning was best

I had my bike, and Chris used a rental which worked pretty well
