A trip to NYC!

we took the Amtrak from Providence

it's been a while since I've been on a train

it was a lovely 4 hour ride

rainy in Manhattan when we arrived

we stopped for a beer at a local Irish Pub

then walked all around - it's been a lot of years since I've been in the city and I've missed it

times square

Chris & I got engaged in the Rainbow Room atop Rockefeller Center in November 2004.  Chris isn't a fan of heights so we didn't go back to the top this trip
