we took a few days to head north to RI. We left on Thursday afternoon and arrived in RI on Sunday at noon.
our second night, we stayed at South of the Border (between NC and SC). They have a really nice inexpensive campground
and they have a large outdoor motocross - we never knew - it was quiet on our day, but Chris talked to a couple riders who come here frequently and love it
South of the Border - lots of little shops, pretty quiet (it's been here forever and most people have stopped, and have no interest in stopping again). But we will, since the campground is great!
Day 3 - cruising right along - into DC traffic, yuk!
we finally made it to Delaware and Midnight Oil Brewing company - a harvest host
Sunday morning - up bright and early to beat NYC traffic
we take the long way around to avoid the horribly rough GW bridge
Home sweet home!
