Brunch & hike with friends

our friends invited us to their home for brunch and a hike - on a particularly cool day, so it was perfect

They have a nicely wooded lot, and love birds, so it suits them well

they also have a koi pond

our hike was more like a walk in the woods, but that was just fine

the park has an old estate home that can be viewed on certain days

it was a great way to spend a cool day :)
