a day in the life

good morning - from one of our favorite coffee spots :)

then it was off for a 5 hour bike ride - I'm using my old reliable comfy road bike for my next races

then it was time for an early dinner

our yacht club sailboat lift needs some inspections - so Chris offered to start the process & test it while a boat was being launched

then it was time for relaxing on the yacht club grounds

love that we have this water front property any time we want
