Cars & Coffee and other fun stuff for a great summer (no workouts!) day

I love Sundays - because it's an off day from workouts!!  And my workouts have been quite big lately - building up to an Ironman is no easy feat!    We drove the roadster to this cars & coffee event

it was a beautiful day - sunny, warm, and there were a lot of attendees

it was at the Polo grounds, so of course, there were horses :)

it got to be quite warm, so we headed home after the show

and then we took an afternoon drive in the red pickup!  It has air conditioning

we stopped at a cute farm stand

and then picked up some fresh fish

we went to the yacht club and grilled an early dinner

some friends joined us - since we had bought a full size strawberry rhubarb pie to share!
