Rolex 24 Day #2

Brrr, brrr, brrr!  It was 40 degrees overnight, and in a tent, it was Cold!   Breakfast & Coffee were a welcome relief!

then it was back to the race track

so many tents and motor homes -they were everywhere!

another Mazda race started the day

then we walked around a bit.  Chris ran into the Skip Barber team

we walked around the garages some more, and checked out the past champion cars

then it was time to do the grid walk for the Pilot Challenge race (Chris' friends)

then we watched the race - it was a good one!  4 hours long, 2 drivers for each car.  Some Nascar drivers in the race as well, taking their chances at the road course

after the race (our friends did well, but did not place in top 3), we headed to dinner

then we found a hotel for the night :)   It was predicted to be even colder, so we got a room and stayed warm!
