Delaware Water Gap

Next morning, we were up and at em!  On our way home - but we were stopping at the Delaware Water Gap, because it was still a long trip home.
We hit some rain...
But we made it 550 miles - whew!
 another lateish night
We stayed an extra day - so we could relax and see the sights.  We found an easy trail that Bolts would enjoy.  It was 4.8 miles, pretty flat, and followed a river.

There was open grass trails, tree lined rock trails...
 single track dirt
 and some rock crawling
It was perfect - just a nice walk in the woods
and also  a walk by schools, baseball fields... :)
It was a cloudy day which was OK, since it was pretty warm.  We didn't see any rain.
 Back at the campground
We took a walk around, later in the day

It was a KOA, so catered to families.  They had guinea hens running around

They also had cabins you could rent.  Or even a teepee or a covered wagon.  How fun would that be, if you were a kid?!?
