A visit from friends

My college girlfriend and her husband came to FL for a long weekend.  We met them out and about for a couple meals. Above was Thursday night dinner at an Italian restaurant - food was just ok  Then we met them on Friday for lunch at Marina Jacks - they have the best Blue Sunshine drinks!

Then we took them for a nice drive along the coast

It was a cool day - brrr!

And then it started raining, so we had an early dinner a small local pub in Bradenton

We were home early :)

The following day, I went with them to visit her brothers in the Tampa area

One of them lives near the beach, so we walked it to our lunch spot

We saw an adorable mico sheepadoodle - so cute!

The wind was cool, but the sun was warm - we had to buy some hats to keep the sun off our faces.

That evening we went out for the last night of their vacation.  Chris had been at a car race in Sebring, but he was able to join us for dinner.

 Lots of food & drink - I'm full!!
