Daytona 500 - day #4

Breakfast starts our day!  We decided to avoid the fan zone, since we knew it would be too busy.  So we found another spot to watch - no worries about social distancing

Race start!

Then 15 laps later, wreck, and long long long rain delay.  We moved to the RV and watched the rain delay specials on tv :)

Believe it or not, they started the race again at 9 pm.  We were dying on the vine, sitting around all day, so we went back out.  It was Chilly!!  Brrrr!

We decided to go to the fan zone and hoped it wasn't too busy

It was busier than it had been the entire week, but not too bad, so we stayed

The race moved along at a pretty good clip until the end - a wreck fest

Another late night!  But we made it to the end - and saw the fireworks :)

We stayed a little longer and watched all the wrecked cars get pulled into their trailers for the long ride home
