early morning run along the beach, then we headed north to a cars & coffee
nice turnout & fun to see some different cars
then we stopped at a kid's race shop to check out his inventory. His driver passed away & was thinking of selling some things. Chris bought one motor from him and had it shipped to his friend Billy in West Palm Beach.
drive home along Pacific Ocean - so pretty
love the rolling hills - Florida has the weather, but not the interesting terrain
we then checked into a hotel in downtown San Diego, for Chris' conference
it was a cool old building. We loved it, but not the thousand homeless hanging all around. So sad - it depresses everyone and everything.
we went to the Gaslamp district for dinner
