Sebring race day #3

practice early, qualifying in the afternoon

we walked around a bit at lunch - checking out all the other cool race cars.  SVRA and Trans Am series brought some great cars

Richard Petty, Nascar great, was the grand marshall for one of the races.  His grandson was also racing (not in the car pictured below though)

we stopped by Griffin Motorsports - Chris' friends

then qualifying time

Chris did well - he's just having fun, not into driving crazy or wrecking the car, so any place is fine with him

later, we watched the retired Nascar stock cars (and trucks)  Joe Nemechek was one of the racers - pretty cool!
