World Series!!

At Fenway - for World Series Game #1!!  So exciting!  We got to the stadium early, which was fortunate, as monster T storms passed over the stadium at prime arrival time (7:00).  The game started late - 8:10

 

 Fox pregame coverage.  Everyone was cheering for Papi - it was nuts!

 National Anthem sung by James Taylor!

 Packed house and Electric crowd!

Our friends, Jen & Craig joined us too!

 Here we go!  1st pitch by Carl Yastrzemski!

 

 

It was a little chilly, but not freezing fortunately!  Mid 40's and no real wind.

What an emotional game!  Red Sox would score, and Dodgers would answer!  Finally in the 7th inning, the 3 run homer allowed us to really relax :)
It was a long game - but we WON!

 

Yippee!!
