LA trip Day #3

It rained overnight; and storms were still threatening when we took off on day 3.

It was hot and muggy.

 And the rain came - but only lasted a short while

 Then it was even hotter and more muggy.  Ugh.   Nebraska isn't much fun to drive through.

 We stopped in  Marquette, NE to pick up another hot rodder.

 He has a pretty cool garage!  And his wife was coming along too.

 We stayed in North Platte, NE for the night; a sketchy hotel, but we made the most of it.  One of our most fun evenings hanging around.

 And a good dinner at Whiskey Creek that evening.
