What these guys won't do for each other - the Peckerheads, that is! One of Chris' friends from Reno area bought a car near Syracuse, NY and asked Chris to check it out for him, and if ok, bring it back to our place, so he could have it shipped back to NV.
The day started early - 4:30 am, we were on the road!
Bolts not happy with the trailer noises. Fortunately, he got used to it after a while, otherwise it was going to be a looooong day for him.
The drive was beautiful (once we got off the highway). It was 7 hours to get to Penn Yan, NY (almost an hour west of Syracuse)
The Sedan looked great! It's a East coast car though - so the Reno gang will probably be a little shocked. West coast cars have no rust, and look perfect. East Coast cars - not so much, as the winter can put a hurt on everything.
Chris called his friend, and gave him the scoop. He got the thumbs up, so we loaded it onto the trailer
We took another scenic drive back to the highway. The area is Finger Lakes, so there is plenty of water, and wineries! We would have loved to have stopped at one, but they were mobbed and thus no parking :( We'll have to venture out this way again

It actually only took us 6 1/2 hours to get home - even though we were stopped behind this guy for awhile...
We got home at 8:30 - long day - but still enjoyable!
