BVI Trip - Day 6

Thursday morning - kinda rainy, but we saw a beautiful rainbow

it did clear up - after a full day sail from Virgin Gorda to Jost Van Dyke (about 25 miles)

we stopped in Long Bay on Jost Van Dyke for lunch, a paddle board, and a hike

we went ashore which had a small shack - Foxy's Taboo
we skipped the small pub and went by for the hike
lots of dead wood, and small craft here and there

we posed for pictures at the Bubble pool (waves crash over and creates lots of bubbles :))

we did stop at Foxy's taboo for a beer on the way back
The following pictures loaded backwards (eye roll)

That night (we were docked in Great Harbor, Jost Van Dyke) - we ate aboard.  The crew gifted me with a Bitter End Yacht Club visor for my birthday

cooking the meal - all hands on deck!

earlier - after motoring from Long Bay to Great Harbor, we went ashore to check out this part of the island.  It's a more local island, with restaurants on a simpler scale

the original Foxy's is here too

cruising (earlier in the day)
