Our yacht club puts together an annual cruise, and this is the 2nd year we've been able to participate! The destinations: 3rd beach (we skipped); Padanaram; Quisset; Edgartown; Vineyard Haven; Cuttyhunk!
Leaving Bristol Harbor & headed to Padanaram- early Saturday morning. I love sailing in the morning, although we did have to motor for a bit since there wasn't much wind.
Once the wind did arrive - it was perfect for Gennaker sailing!
Even Bolts enjoyed it :)
It took us around 7 hours to reach Padanaram. We hung out at the New Bedford Yacht Club for a bit (beautiful)
and enjoyed the harbor
Bolts especially loves the dinghy rides - all the waves splashing get him excited
It was appetizers on the nearby beach that evening. A big crowd!
