Chris & I were up early for an hour long run in Brookings, but our group didn't get rolling for a while. No real reason, we all just kinda putted around. Gabe & Ciarra and baby G headed out early so G would stay occupied. We finally pulled out of the parking lot at 10 am! It was a beautiful day, so tops were down!
So much more to see when the top is down!
Gorgeous drive, but Tommy's car was still acting up. So we pulled over to another shop and got a recommendation for a local mechanic. We needed a lift to really look under the car and see what the issue was.
Me & Chris followed Tommy & Cindy to the mechanic. The others stayed around town and checked out the stores
We were there a couple hours. Fortunately, there was an RV park right across the street, so Cindy & I took a walk. It was a lovely park with beautiful views. We even made a friend - another Cindy!
We were finally back on the road! The culprit - a wheel bearing was bad, but was replaced and all was good!
We met the gang at a lunch place
and soon we were making tracks to our next layover- Reedsport!
We found a beautiful spot to pull over and take some photos

Dinner! Oy, felt like we just had lunch... but it was grilled fish so nice & light
