Deuce Days - Day 4: Reedsport to McMinnville

Another early start to the day - but we didn't get too far.  Troy's window was broken, so it needed to be fixed before we headed on the road.  Chris is always the first to jump in and help out.  The others were going to keep going but decided to wait it out.  Some of the girls went to the Pharmacy across the street - which is mainly a cool gift shop.  We found some unique gifts - and we all laughed at the saying above :)
It seems we enjoy taking over parking lots
Eventually we were on the road again -
We were in sand dunes territory.  We were going to rent some buggies but we ran out of time
Love these brides that we cross
Florence - a cute town that we stayed in on our last trip
The coast is so beautiful to drive along

We passed through a few tunnels too

 Love the Oregon coast!
We stopped at a beach for a break

Then we were on the road again.  Who can complain with scenery like this???

We pass through a number of small coastal towns - there are so many on the coast.  Unlike WA state
 and so many bridges too

Next stop - lighthouse at Yaquina Bay

So pretty!  A few saw a bald eagle in one of the trees too!
Then it was on to Depoe Bay where we had lunch at Sea Hag and listened to the bartender play the bottles.  It's pretty cool!!

And we looked for the resident whales.  They didn't disappoint!  None jumped or showed their tails, but we saw a lot of water spouts
 Sea Hag restaurant
Then we started to head inland to McMinnville
 Dinner downtown
After dinner walk - McMinnville has one of the best downtowns  - lots of shops and restaurants
There's always someone goofing around :)
And then it was off to get ice cream!!  Yum!
